New Sandfield Aberavon welcomes people from Neath Port Talbot and Swansea Bay and Western Valleys. NSA are a community regeneration charity that work with organisations, particularly the third sector, across the South West Wales area in order to support improvements and provide opportunities including employment for people in the Sandfields Aberavon area within the Port Talbot settlement.
The NEO system has been adopted as the client tracking system to track all clients coming into NSA centre’s Future Job Fund Project. The project aims to create additional jobs, primarily aimed at 18-24 year olds who have been out of work for nearly a year to deliver real benefits to community. By using the NEO system to register clients onto the project and track all the activities delivered, the NSA has cut down on data entry and administraron. The system can then track all the support given to the clients, monitoring their improvement and referring them onto other services. NSA has a view to incorporate information on all their projects into the system in the future.
