After graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in International Relations. Ailin worked in the non-profit sector where she coordinated public outreach in the community for an international humanitarian organization and a national education charity. After migrating to the private sector, she quickly advanced through the management hierarchy, starting from project manager for an accounting software company to managing the implementation of all new accounting systems and vertical upgrades.
